Please note that all bookings are subject to verification, signing a contract for services, and other necessary checks. Rosi Legal reserves the right to cancel and refund bookings if these requirements are not completed. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. **All retainers require a 3-month minimum term. Unused hours may roll forward for 1 month at RLL’s discretion. Retainer clients receive priority scheduling ahead of ad-hoc work. Expedited services (24h / 48h) remain chargeable as add-ons. Complex matters (multi-party contracts, documents exceeding 15 pages, or litigation-specific work) may incur a £50 surcharge.
