Rosi Legal is a private limited company providing non-reserved legal services, including contract drafting, contract review, legal advice and related consulting services within the United Kingdom (the "Services"). As of the date of this notice, our Services are limited to the following areas of law: Commercial, Employment, Property (Landlord/Tenant), Data Protection and Information Security, Compliance and Governance, and Technology, Media and Telecommunications (the “Areas of Expertise”).

Please note that Rosi Legal is not a regulated law firm, nor is it authorised or regulated by the Bar Standards Board ("BSB") or Solicitors Regulation Authority ("SRA"), and Rosi legal does not engage in reserved legal activities as defined under the Legal Services Act 2007. Therefore, Rosi Legal is not subject to the same regulatory standards, oversight, or complaints procedure as a law firm, or a practising barrister or solicitor.

All Services are conducted under the oversight of Danielle Rosi (the "Director"), an LLB and LLM holder who has completed Bar Vocational Studies (the "BVS"), and who possesses the professional training to competently provide the Services. The Director is committed to providing Services in full compliance with the standards and expectations of the BSB, but is not professionally regulated.

• delays, interruptions, or technical failures affecting the availability or performance of the website or Services due to events beyond Rosi Legal’s reasonable control;

• acts outside Rosi Legal’s control, including delays caused by clients or third parties;

• losses caused by third-party reliance on shared content or advice, including unauthorised or unintended use of templates or materials;

• losses caused by unauthorised access to, or misuse of, Our Website, including but not limited to hacking or other cyber incidents, except where caused by Rosi Legal’s negligence; or

Rosi Legal operates in good faith to ensure all Services are provided responsibly and in alignment with best practices, minimising the risk of errors or omissions. Rosi Legal maintains Professional Indemnity Insurance to cover any potential claims arising from the provision of its Services, ensuring financial protection in the event of negligence, errors, or omissions in the Services provided by Rosi Legal, up to the insured limit specified in Rosi Legal's insurance policy.

The Professional Indemnity Insurance in place is intended to cover financial losses directly attributable to any failure by Rosi Legal in its Service Contracts. This policy does not extend to general content or advice accessed through the website that is not part of a Service Contract.
