Booking and Cancellation Policy

First Consultation: At Rosi Legal, we offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation to discuss your legal needs and address initial questions. This session, available by phone or video call, allows us to gain a preliminary understanding of how our services may assist you. Please note, however, that this consultation does not create an obligation for either party to proceed further, and any proposed services and associated costs will be discussed in detail and agreed upon separately, allowing you to consider your options and ensuring clarity and transparency before any commitment. Additionally, this service is only available to: 1. New Clients, for their first consultation; or 2. Existing Clients, for their first consultation regarding a new service (i.e. one that has not already been discussed during a free consultation), and if you do not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time. In-Depth Consultations: For matters requiring more detailed advice or tailored solutions, we offer in-depth consultations at a rate of £50 per hour. These sessions are designed to provide comprehensive support for your specific legal needs. The scope and objectives of the consultation will be agreed upon in advance to ensure clarity and value. Bookings: Consultations can be booked online from as early as two weeks in advance to as close as 24-hours before the scheduled start time. Appointments can be made via our website’s booking system or by contacting us directly by email or phone. If you require a more urgent consultation, please email us to schedule the appointment. Cancellations: Cancellations for initial consultations are accepted at any time, allowing you flexibility if your schedule changes unexpectedly. Cancellations for paid consultations are accepted, but the following rules apply: (1) If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a rescheduled consultation; (2) If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee of £25 (or 50% of the consultation fee, whichever is less) will apply. Rescheduling: We kindly request at least two hours' notice for rescheduling to accommodate other clients effectively. General Notes: We aim to accommodate unforeseen circumstances as fairly as possible. If an emergency prevents you from providing sufficient notice, please contact us directly, and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
