Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking: While this service is visible online, it is not available for direct booking. To discuss your contract needs, please contact us by email, where we can guide you through the drafting or review process, timelines, and cost estimates based on your requirements, or set up a free initial consultation. Once we agree on the scope, price, and timeline, a confirmation will be sent, along with the expected delivery date. Delivery & Expedited Services: Standard service delivery timelines apply (approximately 5-7 business days); expedited options are available at an additional cost as listed. Payment: Payment is required upfront for all contract or document drafting and review services. Payment for any add-ons, after service delivery of the initial contract or document, is also required upfront. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations can be made without charge if we have not yet started drafting or reviewing your contract. If the drafting or review process has started, a cancellation fee will apply based on the amount of work completed. This will be discussed transparently should the need arise. If the work has already been completed, the services are non-refundable.
